Todd McAllister, Associate Pastor

"His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness." 2 Peter 1:3

A small note on a bulletin board at Lancaster Bible College in 1985 led to our initial involvement at MBC. Kris and I had the opportunity to participate in the early stage of the development of the church. Our relationship with MBC continued while we served with UFM International (now CrossWorld) from 1987 to 2002. Not only did MBC participate with us through prayer and financial support but also by sending teams to minster with us on numerous occasions while we served in Guyana, South America.

In 2002 we completed our church planting ministry in Guyana. To our surprise our next ministry assignment led us back home. We reentered the business world while living on the family farm where Todd was born and raised. Our children Katie, Dan & Joe completed their secondary education during the following years. Running a business, being involved in a local church and launching our children into adult life consumed the next six years. A penetrating question was posed to us in 2008. "As your children leave your home, how will that impact your future life and ministry?" As the years unfolded, amazingly that question has been answered in our current role at MBC. In the process of Pastor Steve performing the wedding for our daughter, Katie, and son-in-law, Ben, a discussion about our future ministry began.

In October of 2010 I was invited to join the staff of MBC. It is a great privilege to be given the opportunity to serve on staff at MBC. My role is to develop the discipleship, counseling & leadership training ministry of the church. I am very thankful that my role at MBC allows me to serve with a committed ministry team as well as with my beloved ministry partner, Kris. We have had the pleasure of serving our Lord together for more than 30 years.
